A Mill Park teenager was killed and his teenage passenger left with serious head injuries in a car crash in Lower Plenty last Monday night.
The 18-year-old man was driving along Bonds Road about 10.50pm when he lost control of the car. The car went through a fence and rolled several times.
The driver died at the scene. His passenger, a teenage girl from Viewbank, was taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
